Comes in five sections (including cushions)--I had to schedule a delivery time with UPS and then help the guy sledge it up my gravel driveway. Assembly was decent enough with two people; I wouldn't want to try it with just one. The loveseat has held up well so far (two months in), enduring two people and two dogs on a daily basis. Cleaning the corduroy fabric is easy enough, just wet a rag and dab at stains. And it's really comfortable--not too soft and enough space to stretch out.
I'd definitely buy this again.

We bought this to fit in an RV and it works perfectly. It was pretty easy to assemble and it's surprisingly comfortable.
